A green-roof bio filter reduced the smells from the canteen. |

Ecological reconstruction of the whole grain bakery, and dessert shop, with new grain storage and automatic flour vacuum in the bakery. A large refrigerator powered by a propane-brine system is interconnected with the Café Olé. New electronics which meet higher resource efficiency standards, and a technical bio-filter which reduces the smell from the baking ovens with mulch. |
