All the electric installations of the ufaFabrik, such as heating, ventilation, refrigeration and the installations concerning the silo of the bakery are watched and regulated by a central computer, thanks to an online system. A specially developed software calculates the actual needs in energy and adapts in a optimal way the yield of the power station. Therefore, the fuel consumption is reduced as much as possible. Besides, thanks to this system, maintenance and repair works are facilitated, because the dysfunctions are easily recognizable on the computer monitor.
